Lean Six Sigma is recognized as being the most advanced methodology for improving organizational performance and at the same time, represents a coherent and structured problem solving approach. The methodology combines the Lean principles regarding delivery time reduction for products and services and Six Sigma that aims to increase performance through statistical control of quality of the products and services.

The program contains:

• 12 intensive training days divided into 3 modules as follows:

I: - Understand our businesses, processes, products and services;

III: - Control the risk and go beyond;

• One to one coaching meetings for the project support;

TRAINING CURRICULUM

Will cover all internationally recognized requirements and will prepare the participants for any worldwide Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifcation, independent of the participant’s option and certifcation entities.

The body of knowledge is adapted to the most recognized worldwide certifcation bodies like American Society of Quality, Six Sigma ISO standards, Six Sigma Academy as well as to the internal certifcations taking place within multinationals Companies and Consultancy Companies which organize certifcations.

If you choose to get certifed with us, please note that at Advanced Thinking we are organizing LSS certifcations all levels – Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt.

AFTER PROGRAM GRADUATION

Participation Diploma from Advanced Thinking is awarded
Certifcation for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level with Advanced Thinking, under the international recognized conditions (at least 1 project successfully completed in a coached enviroment)
We can support you in competing for any worldwide certifcation you might want, anywhere in the world (such as IASSC)

TRAINING MATERIALS

Training materials will be made available in electronic format in the frst day of each module. All lectures will be delivered in Romanian, and most of the support materials such as slides and other presentations will pe provided in English, to assist your preparation to participate and to be competitive in any team worldwide. For the graphical and statistical analysis modules participants are required to bring their laptops with Minitab 17 installed (30 days trial versions are available on the minitab ofcial website).

For 2 participants from the same Company you will receive a 5% discount;
For 3 participants from the same Company you will receive a 10% discount;
For more than 3 participants from the same Company or group of people, the price will be negotiated separately. Team Discounts are applicable to standard pricing and are only available to members of the ssme organisation registering at the same time;

If there are participants interested in having other colleagues joining them for diferent “standalone” sections of the training – for example: Advanced Voice of Customers, Measurement System Analysis, Risk Management - Failure Mode and Efect Analysis, Regression Analysis, Design Of Experiment, Statistical Process Control Charts, Process Capability etc. it is possible and will be negotiated separately
